Hello all,
I apologise for waiting so long before posting, but not a huge amount has happened. I'm waiting here in Canberra until my visa comes through, and am running out of things to do. On Friday, I visited the National Gallery, some fantastic art there, some really awful art as well... Can't have everything I suppose.
Spent a couple of hours sat by the lake, just reading a bit and watching the world go by. Very peaceful, I'd recommend it.
Saturday was quiet, did some chores to help out. Sunday we basically did the entire garden (it's quite big). It's been a while since I've done so much carrying! I had to carry two buckets of about 10 kilos each up the hill again and again... I wasn't trying to be masculine and do it quickly or take two buckets instead of one or anything...
I was roundly told off by a fourteen year old Abi for being mature and boring, but other than that, nothing much has happened. Oh, except for me getting rather drunk on Friday night. Probably a bit too drunk. I think I'll lay off the booze for a week now.
Apologies for the boring post. Visa should hopefully come through today or tomorrow, so I can head of to Sydney!
